I have been a cake artist for the past 7 years and continue to take orders when time allows. I love being a tiny part of someone’s exciting day.
If there’s one thing that cake decorating has taught me, it’s problem solving. Cakes can have a mind of their own and you have to be able to pivot and adapt to new challenges along the way.
